To start with, they were late when they scheduled to give me my keys to move in and they showed a walk-in priority. On top of the disrespect, they didn't tell me using my card was going to cost more than 45$. I had no choice because by time they got back to give me the keys my bank was closed.
After turning in the move in inspection papers, the management and maintenance has been gas lighting me about repairs. They say stuff like oh this place was made in the 80s and that appliance is probably as old as you are.
They want me to text what needs repaired instead of using the online maintenance system but they still don't get it completed, they just hide the problems. They don't enforce keeping trash and trashcans where they are supposed to be and so there are giant roaches(palmetto bug) that will wander into your apartment and it's not your fault cause your stuff is clean and the neighbors are attracting them: This is preventable!
My apartment was nasty dirty when I moved in.
If you need any reasonable accommodation you will have to fight with them verbally tooth and nail. It's like they keep you waiting(and suffering) so you give up. Renters with mobility issues are their last concern. They have steps that they failed to tell me about in the office.
The management is doing a very poor job of making sure that the people that live here and visit are happy. The current manager can't be bothered to meet irl to discuss issues. I gave you many chances but yall just kept on with the"please leave a review" I told you multiple times that I wanted to wait until the issues are resolved but it seems like yall quit. I'm paying rent on time, what's your problem manager at 33east?
I have called multiple times to "chat" and these issues haven't been resolved as of Nov 2023.
*It's been almost year already and they haven't gotten my neighbor to follow the trash rules so he still keeps his trash outside every day and animals come and drag rotting food across the common areas. None of the previous problems have been resolved. The irrigation smells like sewage and so does the bathrooms even if you clean with bleach. For most people living here is a lower quality of life or they are ignorant.
The rent everywhere is to high. All I can say is the apartments are nice but van/car life is looking more and more luxurious
It's apartment living...ya know, you hear EVERONES dogs barking...people fighting, you smell people's cooking...the lawn service comes like 3 times a week....kids run around screaming and terrorizing the neighborhood...there are cats everywhere...the raccoons trash everything at night....you know typical apartment living...

33 East is a beautiful Property in a great location for beach lovers and anyone wanting to live on "the other side of the ditch". The natural scenery is nice, the pool and gazebo areas are wonderful. But truly the best asset to this property is the staff! Especially Ms. Alice, who treats each client as an individual. This is rare these days, but everyone has a different situation, and she recognizes this and works with each one personally. My situation was an unfortunate one, dealing with the death of my lady. She treated me with compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend 33 East.
Just moved here 2 weeks ago. Staff is awesome. Easy transition here. When I moved in, my shower wouldn’t get hot. I called the office, and a part was replaced by end of day and it worked. Unit is nice, great price.
I looked at probably about 50 apartments over the past month. 33 East was the best out of any of those options versus the safety of the neighborhood as well as the amenities and the staff was very nice and very accommodating.
